Bring practical versatility to elevated workspaces with the Drafting Chair Mid Back Fabric Sophie Series Black. Designed for drafting, creative work and other elevated workstation applications, the Sophie Series combines breathable fabric upholstery with a thick padded seat and compact mid-back design.

The chair provides approximately 16cm of seat height adjustment together with an adjustable chrome footrest ring, allowing the seating setup to be configured for different users and compatible work surfaces. Full 360° rotation and dual-wheel castors provide convenient movement around your workspace.

Mid-Back Drafting Chair

The Sophie Series features a compact mid-back design combined with the elevated seating configuration of a drafting chair.

This makes it particularly suitable for drafting desks, creative workstations and other compatible elevated work surfaces where a conventional office chair may not provide sufficient seating height.

Highly Breathable Fabric

The chair is upholstered in breathable fabric, providing a soft seating surface while allowing airflow through the upholstered areas.

The fabric construction also gives the Sophie Series a different feel and appearance from conventional PU leather drafting chairs.

Thick Padded Seat

A thick padded seat provides cushioning across the main seating surface for everyday work and creative activities.

The padded construction works together with the breathable fabric upholstery to create a practical seating surface for a variety of workspaces.

16cm Seat Height Adjustment

The Sophie Series provides approximately 16cm of seat height adjustment, allowing the chair to be configured for different users and compatible elevated work surfaces.

This generous adjustment range is particularly useful when matching the chair to drafting desks and other higher workstations.

Adjustable Chrome Footrest Ring

An adjustable chrome footrest ring surrounds the lower section of the chair, providing a dedicated place to position your feet when seated at an elevated height.

The footrest can be adjusted to better suit the selected chair height and individual seating preference.

360° Rotating Seat

The Sophie Series provides full 360° rotation, allowing you to turn conveniently between different areas of your workstation.

This is particularly useful in creative, drafting and studio environments where access to multiple work surfaces or equipment may be required.

Dual-Wheel Castors

The chair is fitted with dual-wheel castors for convenient movement around compatible flooring.

Combined with the 360° rotating seat, the wheeled base provides practical mobility throughout your workspace.

Designed for Elevated Workspaces

The Sophie Series is a practical seating option for drafting, drawing and other creative activities performed at compatible elevated work surfaces.

Its adjustable seat height, footrest ring, swivel movement and castors also make it suitable for a variety of home, office and studio environments.

Contemporary Black Finish

The black fabric finish gives the Sophie Series a versatile appearance that coordinates easily with a wide range of desks, drafting tables and workspace furniture.

Chrome detailing around the adjustable footrest provides a contrasting contemporary element to the predominantly black chair.
